In-home Patient Care provided by licensed healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA)

The Home Health Department provides skilled nursing, home health aide, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to Medicare, Medicaid, Workman’s Compensation and private insurance clients. All patient care is coordinated and supervised by a registered nurse and is provided in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 4:00pm
